Here are simply a few proso millets and a foxtail millet. All can be used for human consumption but should be dehulled. They are also quite decorative and can be used in dried arrangements.

Foxtail Millet has heavy compact dark brown heads. Plants are tall and erect, bending over when the heads are mature, and very little stooled out. Often seen for purchase as bird food still in the unthrashed heads.
